The game was released on Mafor PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Microsoft Windows. Regardless of how it turns out I'm still buying cause it's One Piece. One Piece: World Seeker is an action-adventure video game based on the manga and anime series One Piece.Developed by Ganbarion and published by Bandai Namco Entertainment, the game is the first video game in the franchise to feature an open world environment. The game is supposed to come out later this year, but I have feeling it could get delayed given how little of the game we have seen so far. Personally, I feel like they should have gone the Final Fantasy XV (or any JRPG really) route where you had party members travel with you on the overworld and they automatically fight with you when you run into enemies. There's also the lack of the other crew members which could be a deal breaker for some. I fear that this game will suffer the same problems as Breath of the Wild where you had a huge map, but the overworld itself was empty at times and the enemy varieties were limited.
ONE PIECE WORLD SEEKER GAMEPLAY MOD
Looks more like a mod for Skyrim or Breath of the Wild. For me it just doesn't have that One Piece vibe. And don’t fret, all of the loveable Strawhats are in attendance and will appear throughout the game aiding their airheaded (more so steam actually) Captain on this adventure. Graphics wise the game looks well polished and will look great on any 4K display. One Piece: World Seeker will present players with a brand new story unfolding upon Prison Island solely from Luffy’s perspective, stretchy limbs and all. So today, they showed real gameplay of the latest One Piece game that is supposed to be open world.
